“Mujina” slated for DARK PASSAGES II: THE BLACK HIGHWAY
So I can finally announce this…my story “Mujina” will appear in Dark Passages 2: The Black Highway from Skinwalker Press.
Set in Maui, “Mujina” centers on a woman struggling with her loss of identity after a car crash leaves her lame and with permanent damage to her eyesight and memory…until she buys a painting of the Hana Highway.

I am indeed excited about this new issue of Dark Passages, Krist. There are so many great stories, including yours. We have a lineup of real pro’s and even one brand new writer whose debut story: The Bank is Made Strong was a pleasant surprise. It is my hope to continue with Dark Passages after this second one is published and invite a whole new lineup and one emerging writer.
This issue will also have a sneak peak at a chapter excerpt from my novel: Highwayman.
Alex Scully is doing the editing and has written the forward. As soon as the editing comes back I will start putting the issue together, combining the interior art with the stories along with the bios and such.
I can’t wait to get this one out.
