My short story “Camouflage” was reprinted in the anthology Creepy Things—and it’s on sale for $14.99 from now through October 31st! The anthology is chock-full of stories about bugs, so you need a good freak-out and bugs are the things that do it for you, then don’t miss it!
Creepy Things can be purchased here at the sale price through the Static Movement affiliate store October 31st; it should be available through Amazon shortly:
My short story, “Waterproof”—a tale of mascara, macabre and mischief at a “funeral factory”—has just been accepted by The Battered Suitcase for one of its upcoming issues. I’ll keep you posted, but until then, you can check out The Battered Suitcase at http://www.vagabondagepress.com/.
As most of you know, I love a good ghost story. The most recent feature we’ve got over at Read Short Fiction is just that! If you’ve read my short story “Wailing Station” and enjoyed it, I’m pretty sure you’ll like this one—Farrell has done a beautiful job with atmosphere, and the tale is reminiscent of Jack London’s scarier pieces. For best results, read “The Tale of Rauðúlfr” in the middle of a snow storm in front of a roaring fire.
